You place an order (if placed on a working day before 16:00, it will be processed the same day). You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We process your order and ship it via Dynalogic or DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail Your parcel can be tracked via a Track & Trace link included in the e-mail.

Yes, after you place your order you will receive an order & shipping confirmation by e-mail.

The order history can be found in your personal myglucosemonitor account. The order details can also be found in the order confirmation you receive by e-mail.

As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail, you can still change your order. Please contact customer service* for this.

If you cancelled your order in time (i.e. before it was dispatched), we will refund the amount paid by you within 5 working days. If your order has already been dispatched, the return conditions apply.

Our webshop offers various payment options. If you choose "pay later", the following conditions apply:

 

The payment term for private individuals is 14 days. If a payment term is exceeded, we will send you a payment reminder. If payment is still not made, we will be forced to hand over our claim to a collection agency. You will have to pay the legal collection and interest costs involved.

Currently, you can pay directly via IDeal, DIRECTebanking or MisterCash, Sisow, PayPal and Mastercard. You can also choose a bank transfer, for which the payment term for private individuals applies.

Returns

The return policy of myglucosemonitor.com complies with the ''Distance Selling Act''. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at service@zkopehealthcare.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

In principle, products can be returned. Please note that hygiene products (such as glucose meters, glucose test strips, etc.) and sealed packages that have been opened cannot be returned. In accordance with the ''Distance Selling Act'', no cooling-off period or withdrawal within 14 days is possible here.

The address for returns is: Zkope HealthCare B.V. PO Box 577, 6130 AN in Sittard. The costs for return shipments are for your own account. Always ask for ''a notice of receipt'' when sending. If a return package is lost, you will still have to pay the costs.

If the returned products are approved after inspection, you will be refunded your original purchase price plus (if applicable) the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase within 14 days. Please note: that if you return only part of the original order, you will not be refunded shipping costs.

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal guarantee. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

We always try to find a suitable solution for your defective product. Please contact our customer service and we will provide a suitable solution.* Do not throw away the product. We may ask you to return it to us for forwarding to the supplier.
